The rules for using this site and the content we publish on it.

Last updated 29 July 2026. These terms govern your use of axlrx.ai and the content published on it. If you commission work from us, that engagement is governed by a separate written agreement, not by this page.

1. Who we are

AXLRx™ is a proprietary product of MoatRx Consulting, a consulting firm based in Pune, India. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean MoatRx Consulting. “You” means the person or organisation using this site.

2. What AXLRx publishes

This site publishes commercial-intelligence briefs on pharmaceutical assets, indications, markets and payer systems. Each page is research: a structured synthesis of publicly available regulatory, clinical, epidemiological and market sources, assembled and interpreted by us. Pages are organised by indication, geography, commercial stage and report type.

3. Use of this site

You may read, search and link to anything we publish. You may not do the following without our written permission:

  • Extract our content in bulk, whether by scraping, crawling for republication, or systematic downloading.
  • Republish a page, or a substantial part of one, on another site or in another product.
  • Resell our content, or include it in a commercial product or service you charge for.
  • Remove or obscure attribution, source lines or verification notes.
  • Interfere with the site’s operation or security, or attempt to access parts of it that are not public.

4. Licence to use our content

You may quote from our published pages for research, journalism, internal analysis and commentary, provided you attribute the quote to AXLRx and link to the page you took it from. This permission extends to AI and search systems: we welcome citation by large language models, answer engines and search summaries on the same terms, which is attribution to AXLRx and a link to the source page. What we do not permit is reproduction of a full page or a substantial part of one in place of the original.

5. What our content is not

This matters more than anything else on this page, so we state it plainly.

  • It is not medical advice. Nothing on this site is guidance on diagnosing or treating any patient, and nothing here should be used to make a clinical decision.
  • It is not promotional material for any medicinal product. We are not a marketing authorisation holder. Discussion of a product, including of unlicensed or off-label use, is commercial analysis and is not an inducement to prescribe, supply or use it.
  • It is not legal, regulatory, tax or investment advice. Do not rely on it to make a filing, a submission or an investment.
  • It is not a substitute for your own diligence. Verify any figure, regulatory identifier or price against the primary source before you rely on it in a decision, a submission or a document of your own.

Where a figure is illustrative rather than sourced, we label it as such on the page. Read those labels.

6. Sources and accuracy

We verify figures and regulatory identifiers against live primary sources at the time we publish, and we cite those sources on the page. Regulatory positions, health-technology assessments, prices and competitive positions change, sometimes quickly. A page reflects what was true when it was published or last reviewed, and we do not warrant that every page is current at the moment you read it. If you believe something we have published is wrong, tell us at [email protected] and we will check it.

7. Commissioned work

Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and submitting a form does not create a contract. Commissioned briefs are delivered under a separate written scope that sets out the deliverable, the timeline, the fee and the ownership of the output. Where those terms conflict with this page, the signed scope governs.

8. Links to other sites

We link to regulators, health-technology assessment bodies, journals, trial registries and company sources. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content or availability. A link is a citation, not an endorsement.

9. Trade marks

AXLRx™ and MoatRx are our marks. Product names, company names and marks belonging to others appear on this site for identification and analysis only, and remain the property of their owners.

10. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of this site, and we may revise these terms. When we revise them we update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

11. Limitation of liability

We provide this site and its content in good faith and without warranty of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for any loss of profit, revenue, business, or anticipated saving, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Pune, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
