The engine
Four parts: a method, a model, live connectors and a gate. The deliverable is what survives all four.

The connectors
22 live connections to primary sources, through the Model Context Protocol. The public ones are below; licensed literature and pipeline databases sit behind them.
Peer-reviewed literature. Every PMID is opened and matched to the claim it supports.
Trial records by NCT ID: design, endpoints, status, sites and sponsors.
US approvals, labels, safety reports, recalls and shortages.
EU authorisations, EPARs and orphan designations.
Country-level health indicators from the Global Health Observatory.
Filings and reported financials of US-listed companies.
US Medicare coverage decisions and local coverage policy.
Drug class, targets, interactions and cross-references.
Mechanism of action and bioactivity for named compounds.
Evidence linking targets to diseases, including genetics.
Preprints, and whether they were later published.
Diagnosis and procedure coding for patient definitions.
The gate
Who controls the US MASH market and how should Rezdiffra defend access against in-market semaglutide?
The US MASH market is a live two-drug duopoly: Rezdiffra (resmetirom, approved Mar 2024) and Wegovy (semaglutide 2.4 mg, approved Aug 2025) both hold accelerated approval for noncirrhotic F2-F3 MASH. Semaglutide is already in-market, not a 2027 entrant, so the defensible move is locking preferred payer access and the fibrosis-regression position now, in a Year 0-1 retention fight.

| Rezdiffra (resmetirom) — Madrigal | Oral THR-β agonist | Approved Mar 14, 2024 (accelerated; NDA217785) | MAESTRO-NASH (NCT03900429) |
| Wegovy (semaglutide 2.4 mg) — Novo Nordisk | GLP-1 receptor agonist (injectable) | Approved Aug 15, 2025 (accelerated) | ESSENCE (NCT04822181) |
| Lanifibranor — Inventiva | Pan-PPAR (α/δ/γ) agonist | Phase 3 (pre-approval) | NATiV3 (NCT04849728) |

AXLRx is a commercial consulting engine for pharma, built by MoatRx. It takes a commercial question about a drug, a market and a buyer, and returns a consulting deliverable in which every figure is traced to a live source. It runs as a commissioned service: there is no platform to operate.
Scope is confirmed within 24 hours of your request, and the deliverable arrives within 72 hours.
Each figure is cited to a PMID, trial ID or source URL at the point of writing, checked to appear in the cited document, and re-checked in an independent audit pass. A figure that fails is removed, not estimated. A MoatRx consultant reads every deliverable before it ships.
Four modules run on the engine: Competitive Intelligence, KOL Mapping, Clinical Trial Analytics and Patient Flow. The library also holds disease landscape, payer and HTA, launch readiness, pricing, market sizing and HTA strategy analyses, which are run as scoped engagements.
Use the commission form, or book a 20-minute scoping call. You tell us the drug, the market, the buyer and the decision; we confirm scope within 24 hours.
The engine's reasoning layer runs on a frontier language model, currently Anthropic's Claude, working to the MoatRx method. The model is never a source: every figure comes from a connected primary source such as PubMed, ClinicalTrials.gov, FDA or EMA, and is checked against that source before it is kept.
The library covers the US, UK, GCC, Germany and France. Other markets are scoped on request.
